Macaron fail
Just took my macarons out of the oven too early, so even though they look alright they’re still raw inside :(
Second tray went better, but that wasn’t even half filled and I’m not about to make filling for 8 macarons… Maybe I’ll try again tomorrow.

Trying to make a raspberry cheese cake...
…but all the gelatin just clumped up. :S
I removed the clumps and home that there’s enough gelatine left in the mixture to allow it to stiffen.
Have anyone else experienced this??
